Course Description:

The SDDM Awareness is an overview of Secure Discovery and Dependency Mapping (SDDM). It is idea as a starting point for individuals new to discovery and dependency mapping and users of the product at all levels of the organization. This is a non-technical course.

Course Description:

The FireScope Service Performance Manager (SPM) Awareness is the continuation of the SDDM awareness and includes the entire FireScope SPM suite. It is idea as a starting point for individuals new to Service Performance Management (SPM) and monitoring and users of the FireScope product at all levels of the organization. This is a non-technical course.

Course Description:

This class is for ITSM Process Owners, Project Managers, Configurators and Administrators.  The SDDM Foundations Course is introductory level, suitable for learners who are either new to DDM or who have basic ITIL knowledge. The FireScope SDDM Foundation’s certification is a pre-requisite for the FireScope SPM Foundations’ certification.

Course Description:

This class is for ITSM Process Owners, Project Managers, Configurators and Administrators.  The FireScope SPM Foundations course is a continuation of the SDDM foundations and includes the entire FireScope SPM suite. It is a follow up to DDM and introduces Service Performance Management (SPM) and monitoring and its relationship to ITSM.

This class is for FireScope SDDM installers, administrators.  The SDDM Advanced Course is an administrative level course suitable for FireScope configurators who are tasked with setting up or administrating SDDM. The FireScope SDDM advanced certification is a pre-requisite for the FireScope SPM Advanced certification.
