FireScope Solutions for Service Providers

In the past, Managed Service Providers (MSPs) have had limited options with regards to providing real-time monitoring and management of client infrastructures, typically requiring extensive customization, months of work and piles of money. Fortunately, there's an easier way.

FireScope offers two rapid deployment paths to multi-tenant management for MSPs - Virtual and Remote Multi-Tenancy. In the case of Virtual Multi-Tenancy, FireScope Unify or FireScope Dash virtual machines reside in the MSP's data center, each dedicated to a specific customer, and scales easily by starting additional virtual machines as new customers come online. The Remote Multi-Tenancy approach utilizes FireScope virtual or physical appliances that reside at each customer location which can push their complete data set to a master appliance residing at the MSP's data center.

Both options result in end-to-end visibility of infrastructure and services for each and every client, accessed via user-customizable dashboards and reports updated in real-time using AJAX. It's enterprise-grade visiblity, without the enterprise headaches or price tag.

  • Single parent at MSP, child appliances at customer locations.
  • Partitioned by Role and Service Groups.
  • Supports multiple child appliances on premise at customer location(s).
  • In case of connectivity issues, local appliances can cache data and backfill history once connectivity restored.
  • Up to 25 customers on high-end parent appliance.
  • Customer can view dashboards and reports on local appliance or parent appliance.
