William M. McMahon, Jr., Chairman of the Board of Directors
Currently president and CEO of Saitek USA (a worldwide leader in PC gaming hardware and the top global seller in handheld electronic chess). Mr. McMahon held the position of President at Arrow/Wyle Computer Products Group, an $850M division of Arrow Electronics, which focused on selling computer hardware, integration services and contract manufacturing services to OEM's, Resellers, VAR's and End Users. His previous experience also includes a term as President and CEO of Wyle Systems. Where he led the company to record revenues and operating profits. Mr. McMahon previously held executive management positions with Aurora Electronics, Upsonic Electronics International, and Arrow Electronics.
Stuart Berman, Board Member
Stuart is the Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President of Costa Mesa-based Emulex Corporation (NYSE:ELX), a leader in storage networking connectivity solutions. Mr. Berman has more than 25 years of technology and storage industry experience, and is charged with leading Emulex’s Technology Office and development of Emulex's overall technology strategy and vision. Mr. Berman joined Emulex in 2003 as Vice President and CTO of Emulex Embedded Switches following the company's acquisition of Vixel. As CTO of Vixel, he was a driving force behind its transition into the emerging embedded switching market and helped establish a leadership position for its InSpeed and FibreSpy products, which are now deployed by leading storage system OEMs. Additionally, Mr. Berman was named to the list of Top 25 CTOs for 2005 by InfoWorld Media Group for his exceptional innovation and leadership in this area.
Joseph Holop, Board Member
Joe is the Chief Technology Office for TelScape, the first and only 100% bilingual telecommunications company, and is responsible for expanding and maintaining the company’s technology platform -- including innovating new technologies and services that lead the marketplace and serve the unique needs of the Hispanic community. Mr. Holop has been a leader in the telecommunication and technology industries, who has a successful 25 year track record of driving innovation in these markets. Prior to joining Telscape, Mr. Holop has held senior positions with McLeod USA, MCI WorldCom, and EDS. Mr. Holop received a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Boston College.
Jeremy Levine, Board Member
Currently president & CEO of JSL Construction Inc., Mr. Levine has over 17 years in sales and business development. Mr. Levine holds a Bachelor's degree from Cal Poly Pomona and is a real estate investor specializing in the development and management of retail/commercial and multifamily real estate investments. Mr. Levine is also an expert in triangulation and technological relations within the IT industry.
