Richard Roll, Chairman of the Board of Directors

Mr. Roll is a results oriented business executive with a proven track record of leading companies through major transformations, creating dramatic improvements in results and leading to best-in-class performance. He brings over 30+ years of sales, marketing and executive-level experience in the software business having previously served as CEO of Peerless Systems, CEO of Hitachi Koki Imaging Solutions, CEO of FieldCentrix, and COO of Epicor Software. Mr. Roll received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from the University of Arizona and attended the Wharton Business School's Executive Program in conjunction with Unisys.

Jeff Smith, Board Member

Jeff Smith is the CEO of Suncorp Business Services. Jeff has 22 years experience in the IT industry, with the last 12 years spent as chief information officer (CIO) or equivalent for a range of companies in the USA and Australia. His previous roles include CIO for Telstra Corporation, where he led the transformation and integration of that company's IT systems and generated dramatic improvements in quality, cycle time and cost reduction. Jeff has also held leadership positions in a number of world class companies including Honeywell, Toyota and Charles Schwab.

Steven has worked with Lantronix, NASDAQ (LTRX) M2 Automotive and Panda as CFO and COO, raising $100M+ for each company. He is on the board of directors for several businesses and technology firms and has experience working overseas with channel and OEM partners. Steven was formerly working as the CEO of TDi to provide the industry's best enterprise application and device management solutions. TDi experienced a generous increase under his vision and leadership. Steven is an expert in security, compliance issues and best practices for business service management.

Mark is the President & COO of FireScope, Inc. He is a technology veteran who most recently served as Global CTO at Lone Star Funds\Hudson Advisors, a global private equity firm. Before Lone Star, he served in various executive, management and technology roles with Vectrix, Metromedia, Perot Systems, DC Systems, GTE and Amerada Hess, securing more than 22+ years of experience in technology. Mark holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Tulsa. Previously, he was named an Ernst & Young's "Entrepreneur of Year - SW Region" Finalist. He served honorably in the United States Army's 3rd Ranger Battalion, 2/187th and the 82d Airborne Div.
