William B. Patton, Jr.

Bill is a senior technology industry executive with many years of executive management and Board of Director experience in the computer systems and telecommunications industries and other related high technology fields. He has served as Chairman and/or President and Chief Executive Office of eleven corporations, either as the senior management executive of the company or as a non-executive member of the Board, including five public companies and six private companies. He presently serves on the boards of four technology companies, and two Boards of Trustees, including serving as the Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of three of the technology companies, and is also a Senior Advisor to The Gores Group.

William M. McMahon, Jr.

Currently president and CEO of Saitek USA (a worldwide leader in PC gaming hardware and the top global seller in handheld electronic chess) and former Chairman of the Board of Directors of FireScope. Mr. McMahon held the position of President at Arrow/Wyle Computer Products Group, an $850M division of Arrow Electronics, which focused on selling computer hardware, integration services and contract manufacturing services to OEM's, Resellers, VAR's and End Users. His previous experience also includes a term as President and CEO of Wyle Systems, where he led the company to record revenues and operating profits. Mr. McMahon previously held executive management positions with Aurora Electronics, Upsonic Electronics International, and Arrow Electronics.

Dr. Mohanbir Sawhney

Mohan is a globally recognized scholar, teacher, consultant and speaker in strategic marketing, innovation and new media. He has been widely recognized as a thought leader. Business Week named him as one of the 25 most influential people in e-Business. Crain's Chicago Business named him a member of "40 under 40", a select group of young business leaders in the Chicago area. He is a Fellow of the World Economic Forum. Mohan is the co-author of five books and his research has been published in leading journals like California Management Review, Harvard Business Review, Journal of Interactive Marketing, Management Science, Marketing Science, MIT Sloan Management Review, and Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science. He has also written several influential trade articles in publications like the Financial Times, CIO Magazine, and Business 2.0. Dr. Sawhney advises and speaks to Global 2000 firms and governments worldwide. He holds a Ph.D. in marketing from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania; a Masters degree in management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta; and a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, New Delhi.

Cheryl Bame

Currently Principal of Bame Public Relations, Cheryl is approaching a decade of public relations practice. Cheryl has represented law firms of all sizes including AmLaw 100 firms, legal professionals, luxury real estate developers, architects, entrepreneurs, hospitals and non-profit organizations.Recognized as a PR best practices professional, Cheryl frequently speaks before professional services and industry groups. She has shared techniques for increasing media coverage, outlined pr tips for small firms, and taught marketing professionals to improve their media relations skills.

Marshall G. Hubbard

Marshall currently services as Sr. Vice President of Real Estate for the Johnny Rockets Group, Inc a fifty nine million-dollar a year, 187-unit casual dinning restaurant chain. JRG is located in Aliso Viejo, California. Since 1999 he has been an appointed Officer of the company and has held the title of Secretary. From 1997 to 1999, Mr. Hubbard served as Vice President Development with M2 Automotive Corporation located in Santa Monica, California. His 30-year career in Real Estate Development includes executive development positions with Jamba Juice Corporation, Panda Management Corporation, and Marriott Corporation Hospitality & Restaurant Divisions. He currently resides in Solomons Island, Maryland with his wife of 16 years Elizabeth.

David P. Rhoads, Jr.

David is a Founding member and current President of Blue Street Capital, LLC. Blue Street Capital, LLC is a trusted technology equipment finance provider for many manufacturers, resellers, dealers and end-users. Mr. Rhoads held the position of Vice President of Sales at Dimension Funding, LLC prior to founding Blue Street Capital, LLC in 2003. He has extensive experience in setting up captives leasing companies and finance programs for technology manufactures, resellers, and VAR's. David received his B.A. from University of Arizona.
